The International KillArt IC Tournament will be held for the first time during December 2012 by AMV ART 2.0.

How to sign-up:
The participants (if they haven’t registered yet) will have to register on the forum of AMV Art 2.0. Then they will be able to find five categories listed in Self-organized events/ KillArt International IC/ Sign-up, where they will have to choose one category they would like to participate in.
E.g.: [NickName] Drama
The songs for each category will be available from 14th december 18:00 (6 PM) GMT +1.
You may cut the song but AMVs must be at least 1 minute long and up to 3 minutes maximum.
The MMVs must be at least 45 seconds long.
The finished AMVs/MMVs have to be submitted on 16th december by 24:00!
You can enter with a collab, but you can’t enter with a MEP!
[If you choose to make a collab, only one member needs to register!]
It is FORBIDDEN to use someone else’s AMV/MMV!

Each category will start after when we have at least 5 participants!
In the Manga category we will only accept videos made using MANGA footage only!
The ones participating in the Manga category can use any of the songs from the other categories!
In the other categories we accept a mixture of anime and manga!
Hentai is forbidden!

The contest videos have to meet the following technical requirements:
Container: .AVI, .MP4, .MKV, .MPEG, .MPG
Video codec: H264, x264, XviD, DivX (5, 6, 7), MPEG-1, MPEG-2
Audio codec: MP3, AAC, WMA *, PCM, AC3, (min, 44Khz, stereo)
Framerate: 23,97 - 60 fps
Minimum resolution: 640×360 (16:9) and 640×480 (4:3)
Maximum resolution: 1920x1080(16:9) and 1440x1080 (4:3)
The maximum file size of the video cannot exceed 300Mb.
Minus points: Letterbox, Interlacing
Disqualification: Fansub, TV logo, DivX logo, Watermark, Trial version subtitles/watermarks
